The vision of the Sangar Housing Project in Gwadar is to build a state-of-the-art housing and tourism facility that supports the development of the city. Its mission is to provide sustained development, creating a vibrant community with strong infrastructure that supports diversified housing opportunities and offers a wide range of tourism and recreational facilities for everyone. The project aims to adopt a balanced approach to integrated and sustainable development while incorporating sound planning values. It seeks to maximize the use of waterfront areas around the site, promote high-quality architecture and landscape design, and develop the area as the most livable place. Additionally, it supports Gwadar in becoming an attractive destination city.

Balochistan

The province of Balochistan (or Baluchistan) in Pakistan contains most of historical Balochistan and is named after the Baloch. Neighbouring regions are Iranian Balochistan to the west, Afghanistan and the Federally Administered Tribal Areas to the north and Punjaband Sindh to the east. To the south is the Arabian Sea. Gwadar

Gwadar was notified as a separate district on 1st July, 1977.The name originates from Gwat which means air and Dar, the door. The district headquarter is in “Gwadar” town. The district is located in the south-west of the Quetta City, the provincial capital of Balochistan, sharing its boundaries in the west with Iran. District Lasbela is in the east and Kech and Awaran Districts are in the north.

Due to the deep sea port, Gwadar District has been developing fast. It has a scenic coastal highway that originates from district Lasbela and passes through the Gwadar district. The district has a 620 Kms coastline along Arabian Sea. The most significant feature of the Gwadar District is Gwadar Port, a deep sea warm water port.
